It has been a long time coming. As you can see, it has been a minute since I’ve been able to consistently music review. Each time I set out to create a schedule that works for me- it doesn’t. Truthfully though, I haven’t tried as much as I could’ve these past months/years.

Without getting into too much detail, over the past 2 years, but primarily the last several months, I have experienced a lot of loss, change, and grief. Going through these emotions and seasons of change have hindered most of my recreational interests- music reviewing being the primary one. Being a music teacher, I often find it hard to want to sit down to analyze something after I’ve been trying to keep the energy moving in my classroom. Now, as I am about to settle a few of the major changes that I can control- I want to come back.

So, hopefully sometime this summer, I will be able to revisit some albums that I loved in 2023 and 2024 so far, and then, integrate a music reviewing routine into my life again because as much as you miss my witty opinions on great music: I miss giving them.

I look forward to the return of my child- WSSAMA?- this will technically be year 7 for this platform, which is absolutely insane to me. Thanks for the support as always!
